ON SITE DISPLAY CENTRE
A fully furnished Display Home is available for inspection. Artist impressions, design detail, plans and all information regarding the development can be obtained from the on-site sales office.
BODY CORPORATE AND COUNCIL RATES
Body Corporate - $48.00 - $52.00 per week (the body corp. fee includes complete lawn and garden maintenance to the front entry, insurance of the building and pool, external painting and a healthy “sinking fund” amount. This fee is payable quarterly.
Council Rates - $1,750.00 (approx.) per annum - payable half yearly.
FIRB APPROVAL
Up to 50% of the development is approved by the FIRB (Foreign Investment Review Board of Australia) for sale of individual homes to overseas purchasers.
TITLE DESCRIPTION
Freehold Title (as part of a Community Titles Scheme) – each Villa comes with its own land on title with each resident having the opportunity to make application to the Body Corporate for improvements such as fencing, garden sheds, spa/pool etc. upon their own land area.
